I’ve decided that I would like to hie 3 full time people to work for me. Not that they couldn’t do other things while they work for me. I don’t have full time work for them. Ok, at least for 2 of them.

I need a graphic artist. Much of the things I get myself involved in have the need for a graphic artist. Work and church especially. A bonus would be the ability to do websites as well. An all around visual artist. Perhaps the ability to shoot photos and video as well. Add some basic editing abilities as well. That would be great.

A money man. I hate dealing with money. Someone to take care of that and keep me inline. Help me make those decisions. Someone to ask me which of two things I should buy and help em think thru the issues. Rather than me just buying both.

An assistant. We’ve given a generic name name to this… a “Kodi Bauer”. Calling this person an “assistant” feels a little demeaning. Basically, someone to keep me inline with everything. Someone to push me. Someone to hold me back. To lend a hand, an ear, a mind. A partner in many ways. Someone to get things done.

Perhaps I could find someone to do all 3 and they would work for free for me! Can’t a guy dream?
