Listening to Gordon MacDonald kicks our butts on church stuff. Simple basic stuff. Get generations talking. Reduce assets. Build leaders. Don’t hold on to your identity at the cost of building the future. His presentation is far from flashy. In fact, I’m a little concerned that his monotone delivery hurts the message. The content is golden. My question, do we think that what he’s suggesting is up to the next guy or are we able to roll up our sleeves and get things done.
