My “odd years” have always tended to be my better years. Not that I’m a numbers guys in any way…! So, in many ways, I bid a fond (or not so) farewell to 2010. They say that the times where struggles have persisted are often the times of growth. In that case, my growing was off the charts in 2010. I tend to thrive on change and challenges. But perhaps I’d appreciate a 2011 that sees fewer of them. I doubt that will be the case.

I’ve always appreciated those who maintain a completely positive attitude through trying times. I’m not sure I can be counted among them. However, I’m doing what i can. God has been good. I fail to remember that as often as I should.

Here’s to an exciting and unknown 2011!
