A couple of weeks ago I had 3 dreams in 3 nights:
The first night, I dreamed about a pair of snakes. One was a garter snake, the other a bull snake. No fear. They slithered across my hand/body as I was laying in the grass. And away they went. Almost as if they were friends.
The second night I dreamed about being barefoot in the driveway. A pair of legs.
The third night I dreamed about a pair of spiders. I believe they were brown recluse spiders. And I think I killed one of them.
At first I thought that perhaps it was about the actual things, but then, realized perhaps it was about the “pairs”.
The trusty dreammoods.com says:
Pairs ?To see a pair of something in your dream, represents the need for balance in your life. The pair may be symbolic of your life partner or soul mate.
Or maybe it IS about the actual things:
Snakes
As a positive symbol, snakes represent healing, transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive change.
Barefoot ?To dream that you are barefoot, represents your playful attitudes and relaxed, carefree frame of mind. Alternatively, being barefoot indicates poverty, lack of mobility, or misunderstanding. You have low self-esteem and lack confidence in yourself. Or you may be dealing with issues concerning your self-identity.You are unprepared for what is ahead for you.
Spiders ?To see a spider in your dream, indicates that you are feeling like an outsider in some situation. Or perhaps you want to keep your distance and stay away from an alluring and tempting situation. The spider is also symbolic of feminine power or an overbearing mother figure in your life. Alternatively, a spider refers to a powerful force protecting you against your self-destructive behavior. If you kill a spider in your dream, then it symbolizes misfortune and bad luck.
Ugh. Maybe I need to stop trying to interpret my dreams…
