What a weekend! I helped Mo at the Stuck in the Middle conference. Stage Manager. Lots of fun! One of the speakers talked about being in a pasture. It was a middle school conference. Kids not wanting to be in that place in life. Wanting to be in high school. Adults. Little did the speaker know she was also talking to me. A non-Middle School student! God spoke to me. In 9 hours, I start another time in another pasture. I start my job at BGI. I am quite apprehensive. Largely due to that I want to be doing other things. The time helping Mo didn’t help! It was affirming on the things I DO like! Not that working for BGI will be bad. Still quite unsure of that. I do know that working at ID wasn’t nearly as bad as I had thought. It forced me into some specific thinking. And this will follow suit. God, help me to be all I can be in this pasture. I know You have great things in store for my life. Thanks.
Trust in the Lord and do good
Dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture
Delight yourself in the Lord
And He will give you the desires of your heart.
Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will do this:
He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn
The justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him.
