Dreamt about the cruise last night…again. I think I’m going on a cruise again this January as we did this past January. So, apparently that’s been on my sub-conscious mind and makes it way into my dreams…
Rather than walking a boardwalk on to the ship, we were supposed to take these inflatable rafts. So, we all get on our rafts and head to the ship. For whatever reason, I was late in getting going and kinda stayed behind a bit. Then I got caught in this undertow where I wasn’t making any headway. Try as hard as I could, I couldn’t get going. Then I saw the cruise ship take off and I was left. I put my feet in the water to check the undertow and there was a huge flow under this beam into the building where we set off from. So, I went back inside the building and some cruise guy found me. I guess they could take me via powerboat or helicopter. Not sure how that ended, but hopefully I made it to the boat.
Also, as part of or separate from that part of the cruise dream, I dreamt that the old band was playing on the cruise. In my haste to get all the band stuff, I failed to pack. All I had was what I was wearing. So, before we headed out to sea. I encouraged Dean to go out and buy me some clothes. I had slacks on and my Docs. So, I was somewhat prepared for the business meetings. Fun.
